Courses for exchange students

There are nine departments at Mannheim University of Applied Sciences where you can take courses during your exchange semester.

You can find a list of courses taught in English here.

For more information on courses, please look into the information provided for each department below.

Internships at HSMA

You also have the opportunity to do an internship with us, e.g. in one of our laboratories. If you are interested in this, please contact the appropriate department.

The Language Center at HSMA (Sprachenzentrum) offers courses in German and other languages. For HSMA students (and therefore also exchange students) these courses are free of charge.

Our German language courses are available at all levels from A1 to C1. Before the semesters begin, intensive language courses are offered at several levels. Prior to attending a course, you will need to take a placement test. The coordinator will inform you about the dates.

Exchange students from all departments have the opportunity to take the English-language courses in the inno.space - Design Factory Mannheim project.

You can find more information about the courses at Bachelor's or Master's level on the website of inno.space
